- Originally built for the Lake View and Star Gold Mine, Kalgoorlie in Western Australia this locomotive was purchased by the Marian Mill, Mackay (Qld) in 1975. It worked at Marian Mill on short hauls and around the mill yard as well as on navvy duties. Know at Marian Mill as "Gemco" it is fitted with a Gardner 6-cylinder diesel motor. It was retired in 1996 purchased by our Society and transported to Woodford. It is in operating condition and is regularly used on our navvy train duties, filling in on passenger duty if required.
- We believe it to be one of two examples with an enclosed cabin as the majority of these locos were built for mine work and hence no cab.
