Background
This was one of two sister engines supplied to the Mulgrave Mill, Gordonvale in 1924.
It received the nickname Pyramid because it regularly worked near Mount xxxxxxx, which was locally known as "the pyramid".
Placed out of service following full dieselisation in 1955 it languished at the mill until 1959 when it was despatched to Mareeba where it was placed on display in the local Rotary Park.
It was donated to our Society and transported to Brisbane for storage in 1976. PYRAMID was moved to the Woodford site in 1979.
